While we’ve posted cool smoothies previously, we want to show off our favourite flavour for this week – blueberry spinach. You can easily throw some kale in the blender as well, you can’t taste it since the sweetness of the fruit disguises the greens, but it’s a great way to get in your fiber intake if you’re in a hurry!
This one is made of the following:
- 2/3 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 ripe banana
- 2/3 cup frozen blueberries
- 2 large frozen strawberries
- 1 cup spinach leaves
- ½ cup milk (dairy, coconut, soy, or almond)
- 1 tablespoon of honey
