Making a sandwich every single day can be boring for just about everyone. We’re here to solve that problem, or at least inspire you enough to get creative with those lunchboxes!
- Peanut butter and jelly – classic, but with a twist. Cut the crusts off the bread (optional), use a rolling pin to make them thin, spread some peanut butter and jam of your choice, and roll it up. Serve with pretzels and chocolate covered blueberries
- Cut up cubes of bread, spread some mayo and/or mustard on one side, thread on skewers with deli ham and colby jack cheese. Serve with crackers and dill pickles.
- Deconstructed pasta salad. Cooked pasta with some Greek dressing and feta. Serve with summer sausage, cucumbers, and red bell pepper.
